What we collect
To provide Jobsheet, we collect the account information you give us (such as your email address), and the job, expense, invoice and receipt data you enter or upload while using the app.
Account and receipt data is private
Your jobs, expenses, invoices and any receipt photos you upload are private to your account. We do not make this data visible to other Jobsheet customers, and we do not publish or share it publicly.
Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Jobsheet does not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card details directly under its own privacy and security practices.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal data or your job/expense records to third parties, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the details in your account dashboard. We'll delete your data except where we're required to retain records (for example, billing records) for a limited time by law.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
